It's a String Thing #78
Februray - the month of love, is also the month of my wedding anniversary.
So, here is my new tile to celebrate love.
Heartline chose its own course to flow and LG wanted to spread its love in all directions.
In all it was fun playing with these beauties.
Thank you, Adele, for sharing such a love-filled challenge ("It's a String Thing" #78).
String "Infinity Love" (my name for it) by Adele Bruno
Heartline by Helen Williams
Hearty by Livia Chua

My First ZIA - Buddha
Last week my office laptop was getting repaired due to some malfunctioning.
This caused an unsolicited break in my work hours and provided me with some time beyond the LCD screen.
And what could be better to do than go tangling!
While I was busy tangling my last Zentangle tile (Tangling goof up) and waiting for my laptop to be returned, a colleague suggested that I should do something like Buddha.
Does a finite and recognizable shape will give you more Zen?
Cheers!

Tangling goof up
This was supposed to be a response to a challenge by Joey (Joeys weekly tangle challenge #42) "Lucky in '15". Only the string 015 (by Texas CZT®, Courtney Frantz) is present here.
I had not memorized steps of drawing CZT® Adele Bruno's Lucky and so resorted to fill the string with other the tangles that I was practicing.
Here are Rick's Paradox (my all-time favourite), CZT® Terri Brown’s Twizted (latest flavour of the season), Shattuck, and a cousin of Sand Swirl by Karry Heun. The swirl type tangle is not Pais or Paizel as it is not drawn that way. Am still searching for the actual tangle name on Linda's Tangle Patterns. Anybody who knows, please let me know.

It's a String Thing #74
New Year resolution: To start tangling along with admiring from far.
So far I have admired other people's art and have been inspired by it in many ways. However, this is my first attempt at trying a full tile of Zentangle (not exactly....I use pen/pencil on paper).
This is in response to The String Thing #74.
